Ool, Ruler of Saturn, once almost invaded Earth.
History
Ool studied events on Earth very carefully, preparing to invade the planet. His preliminary research led him to the erroneous conclusion that Zatara was a typical Earthling, and that this planet's people were far too dangerous to attack. Zatara persuaded Ool that constructing an irrigation system on Saturn was a better approach to solving his population's food problem, and war was averted.
