This fungus can burrow into the brains of organisms, taking control of their motor functions before killing them, and turning them into "zombies".

Notes

  • This virus was inspired by the real-life genus of fungi called Ophiocordyceps. It is also similar to the Cordyceps fungi used in The Last of Us franchise.
