History
Nothing is known about the past of Otis Berg. At some point in his life he became an employee of LexCorp and the personal assistent of Lex Luthor. His last name is a joke on the name for his own town "Otisburg".
Notes
- Otis never appeared in the TV series. He was created for the continuation comics. He is the Smallville adaptation of Otis from Superman and Superman II.
