Otto Frentz, codename Parsifal, was an agent of Nazi Germany in World War II who had the ability to negate superpowers.
History
Parsifal recruited the American scientist Professor Hughes to work for the Nazis, blackmailing him with evidence of his illegal experiments that had killed dozens of test subjects.[1]
Parsifal was sent to the Philippines to recover the Spear of Destiny. He and his men recovered the Spear and were also able to capture two American mystery men, the Flash and the Ray. He successfully delivered the Spear to the Führer but the Flash, possessed by the spirit of a hero from the future, escaped and the Americans were able to foil them.
Frentz was last seen in an exploding plane and his ultimate fate is unknown. Assuming he survived that day, he has likely died of old age by the present.[2]
