Our Army at War (Volume 1) with a cover date of September, 1959.
Synopsis for "Tank 711"
Sgt. Rock has to deal with all types in Easy Company, but one of the hardest sells is Nicky, who has a chip on his shoulder about infantry men's role in the war, and how tanks are never a reliable commodity for protection. This all changes when soldiers controlling Tank 711 risk running out of fuel and becoming an easy target to Nazi attacks in order to add extra fire power for Easy Company. Changing his opinion of tanks in the war, Nicky ends up being the last line of defense protecting Tank 711 from destruction at the hands of the Axis forces.
