Synopsis for "Most Wanted, Part 3"

The urgency of the Outsiders' hunt for kidnapper and slaver Tanner is increased, because he has kidnapped Arsenal's daughter Lian. John Walsh's police contacts tell him that one of Tanner's men is to be transferred between holding facilities, so the heroes ensure that they find him and can interrogate him. They learn that Tanner is abandoning the New York operation and they intercept the planes carrying his young victims away, Lian among them, who can be reunited with her father. John Walsh manages to track Tanner down, and Grace gives her former tormentor a beating, but does not kill him, which is what she imagined she probably would do. Tanner will be arrested and tried for his crimes, but Grace, Arsenal and Lian must live with the scars he inflicted for a long time to come.
