Mind-Bomber was a villain with telekenetic powers.
History
He was stopped by Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) when attempting to rob a bank and taken in custody by the D.E.O.. Mind-Bomber was killed by Hector Hammond who dissected his brain to add Mind-Bomber's mental powers to his own.[1]

- Mind-Bomber was created by Martin Pasko and Win Mortimer, first appearing in Superman Family #211. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Mind-Bomber first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Green Lantern (Volume 7) #21 by Jeremy Adams and Jack Herbert.
