Poison Ivy uses her powers of plant manipulation to run Robinson Park as a sanctuary from the Collective.

History

To protect Harley Quinn, Catwoman, and innocent bystanders for the GCPD, Poison Ivy became a being of pure plant matter. Alongside Catwoman, Ivy runs a "safe haven" in Robinson Park from the Collective's authoritarian regime over Gotham, with Ivy in particular being responsible for using the trees and plants of the Park to kill or otherwise stop intruders.
