Pamela Isley, or as her friends call her, Ivy, is a student at Gotham High who works at an apothecary shop. She is an accomplice of Selina Garcia Kyle.
History
Pamela worked at the apothecary shop East Med in Gotham's Chinatown when Bruce Wayne came in asking for questions about a plant used to drug him during a kidnapping attempt made on him. While not able to give him the identity of the plant, she did loan him a book containing the information he needed. From the book, Bruce was able to find out that the plant in question was Gelsemium elegans.
Pamela was later seen dancing with Bruce during the party held at Wayne Manor, as he was trying to get the attention of Selina, who was dancing with Jack Napier. When Bruce left with Jack, Selina struck up a friendship with Pamela, sparking a nefarious alliance, as Selina was the mastermind behind the kidnapping attempt.
When Bruce came back to return the book, Pamela told him that East Med did record selling Gelsemium elegans to someone. It was Selina, but Pamela lied that it was Jack in order to sow distrust between the two friends.
Pamela was later seen helping Selina fake her suicide to escape the repercussions of her crimes.[1]
