Pan was the son of Hermes, a merry maker of music. He is the god of the wild, shepherds and rustic music.
History
Pan has the hindquarters, legs, and horns of a goat, in the same manner as a faun or satyr.
More than a millennium ago, he was murdered and replaced by an impostor for the Manhunter Cult's plan to rule the universe.[2]
Pan was apparently alive again some time later when Diana came into contact with the mad shepherd beyond the mortal lands; he taught her to dance the chaos rhythm to the tune of his magic flute in order to nullify the maddening effects of Joker Venom.[3]
