History
Created by Doctor Bedlam of Apokolips, the Paranoid Pill is a chemical weapon that rapidly induces delusions in humans who inhale its fumes. Bedlam developed the pill as a means of defeating Mister Miracle, challenging him to escape a sealed office building filled with victims of the Paranoid Pill.
Capabilities
The Paranoid Pill causes symptoms akin to acute paranoid schizophrenia. Victims experience delusions in which others, especially those not under the pill's effects, are identified as enemies. Victims also feel highly violent impulses, turning on the objects of their delusions with unmitigated blood lust.
