Pat Fraley (b. February 18, 1949) voiced background characters for the animated series The World's Greatest Superfriends and Super Friends: The Legendary Super Powers Show.[citation needed] He also voiced Jest, one of Joker's henchman, and a robotic Bat-Mite for the animated series Batman.
