Pat Dugan is a lifelong superhero, starting his career as Stripesy and currently utilizing the moniker S.T.R.I.P.E..

History

After getting into a fight with representatives of the Nazi Party, Dugan decided to become a superhero. He eventually settled down and married Barbara Whitmore. When his step-daughter, Courtney Whitmore, became a superhero, Pat developed the S.T.R.I.P.E. Armor to assist her.
