Patrick Kent was the President of the United States.
History
Patrick Kent was brought up from a prestigious American Southern family under the patriarch of industrialist Prescott Kent, who was closely involved in a conspiracy to overthrow the administration of Franklin Roosevelt in place of a fascist government modeled after Nazi Germany but was foiled by Peter Cassaday, a then incarnation of Citizen Soldier.[1] Kent was raised from a racist background in which he became a member of the Ku Klux Klan since he was a teenager. He participated in the murder and lynching of an African-American family which their son was also another incarnation of Citizen Soldier, who was personally murdered by Kent.[2]
Kent eventually became President of the United States and he was considered to be fairly corrupted, and as well being a lecherous adulterer and somewhat incompetent. During his tenure he created the Civil Defense Administration in response to superhuman threats posed to his nation, in which he appointed Ivana Baiul as Director of the CDA. Kent's presidency and reputation was later put into jeopardy when the recent incarnation of Citizen Soldier revealed his past affiliation with the Ku Klux Klan as part of his plan to destroy the current establishment of the American government.[2] The situation was investigated by the United Nations organization Team Achilles. When Citizen Soldier was killed in which he would reincarnate into a newborn American baby, Kent gave his permission to Baiul to murder every newborn baby to prevent Citizen Soldier's rebirth. This was stopped by Team Achilles in which their leader Ben Santini threatened Kent by having his teammate Flint to personally kill the President.[1]
Later on, Kent's decision making ultimately led to his own downfall after the criminal mastermind Tao deliberately gave the American government a phase engine that would allow them to explore the Bleed. Without fully understanding the engine's functions, the U.S. Space Program used the engine to launch a probe into the Bleed only for the engine's tiny black hole to explode and causing a rift in the Bleed which led to Florida's destruction and almost bringing Earth into an interdimensional war with an alien race known as the Vigil.[3] This led to the Authority taking matters into their own hands to avert this war by putting the blame on President Kent and his government for the disaster, and launching a coup to take over the United States. Kent desperately had the U.S. Armed Forces and their superhuman assets thrown at the Authority but only to be apprehended and brought before the Vigil and was executed to end the war. But unknown to the Vigil, the footage that was present to incriminate Kent was doctored to place the guilt firmly on Kent, as the Authority did not have enough time to arrest the other parties responsible for the disaster to convince the Vigil to end their hostilities.[4]

- Patrick Kent was clearly meant to be a subversive parody of former-President George W. Bush and as well adding some adulterous elements from Bill Clinton.[1]
