Pat Noonan is Sean Noonan's nephew, and Tommy Monaghan's childhood friend.
History
He also serves as his weapon supplier and contact agent. While he is seen as a loudmouth by most, Tommy knows it is to cover up his insecurity. Tommy even compares him to "Bugs Bunny without the tough part".[1] He is mostly accepted by Hacken and Ringo Chen because he is Sean's nephew and Tommy's protege. With the arrival of Natt the Hat, Pat feels his friendship with Tommy crumbling. He then decides to be tougher to show Tommy that he is a worthy friend. He gets to prove it when he is tortured and killed by Johnny Navarone, a hitman sent by Moe Dubelz to find Tommy. Pat never gave in, showing how tough he was and that he was a friend to the end.
