Patsy Peters was one of the Holliday Girls.

History

Patsy Peters was a short haired blonde student at Holliday College during the early years of World War II who was part of the Holliday Girls pseudo-sorority. In the winter of 1942 the Holliday Girls met the Amazon super-hero Wonder Woman, and frequently helped her. She was struck by "blue snow" while on a trip home when the Snowman was attempting to threaten her family into giving up their life savings, which led to the first meeting and confrontation between Wonder Woman and the Blue Snowman.
