Crazy Quilt is a Batman villain who can shoot blinding lights from his helmet.

History

Crazy Quilt was summoned by Bat-Mite to a supervillain convention. He tried to fight the Batman Family once they arrived to stop the event, but due to the cramped space, ended up knocking out a couple of his fellow colleagues, including Mr. Polka Dot. Quilt was eventually defeated and apprehended by the team.

• Crazy Quilt was created by Jack Kirby, first appearing in Boy Commandos #15. However, the Scooby-Doo Team-Up version of Crazy Quilt first appeared in The Batman & Scooby-Doo Mysteries #12 by Sholly Fisch and Dario Brizuela.
