Paul Saveen was the arch science-villain of Tom Strong.
History
They fought each other numerous times, with Saveen always cheating death and returning to cause more havoc. His skeletal remains were later found in the Moroccan Desert, and dental records confirm that it was indeed really him. However, he encountered Tom Strong again in spirit form, confessing to him that he was his half-brother.[1] They reconcile afterwards, with Paul being welcomed to the Strong family.
