Pavlo Stupka is Core, a nuclear powered soldier affiliated with Stormwatch.

History

Pavlo was chosen by Mister Bones to participate in a new proactive version of Stormwatch, strictly on a trial basis.

During Stormwatch's raid in Linden, Pennsylvania on the bunker of the Fourth Reich, Core was able to kill Green Ghoul. They were succesful in retrieving the Darkness Engine for which they were sent.

Powers and Abilities

Powers

• Decelerated Aging: Even though Pavlo looks sixteen years old, he is in fact fifty-two.
• Energy Projection: Pavlo is a living nuclear reactor, able to produce blasts of nuclear energy. His blasts are strong enough to hurt an Old God like Apollo.
• Energy Absorption: Pavlo could absorb Apollo's energy blasts.
