Synopsis for "A Breach of the Peace!"

A squad of terrorists raid a beach in the French Riviera. They succeed in assassinating several key figures of an upcoming American/Soviet peace summit. The Peacemaker flies in on his helicopter and kills all of the terrorists, but is unable to save any of the delegates.

Back at his chateau, the Peacemaker assumes his civilian identity of Christopher Smith. He is haunted by his failure to save the delegates and his subconscious mind takes the form of his late father, the Nazi, Wolfgang Schmidt. Smith's assistants, Bridgette D'Abo and Dominique St. Claire try to help him get through this troubling time.

Meanwhile, on an island in the Aegean Sea, the Chinese crimelord Doctor Tzin-Tzin oversees the training of his special forces. He discovers a German spy who had infiltrated his organization and has him executed. Tzin-Tzin plans on destroying the Soviet infrastructure and using its fragmented ruins to establish his own power base by which to export terrorism.

Later, Christopher Smith monitors the international networks and learns that another band of terrorists have seized a French Concorde carrying American NATO delegates at Charles de Gaulle Airport. He fires up his chopper and flies off ready to combat the new menace.
