Don Pedro de Roganza is the enemy of Jack Woods.

History

Pedro de Roganza was the governor of the Mexican state where the Nogales ranch was located.

He "courted" Dolores Nogales, but was a complete brute, and had no manners. Jack Woods defended Dolores' honor from him, prompting the tyrant to try to execute the cowboy.

The execution was interrupted by the arrival of Pancho Villa, who was in pursuit of the corrupt governor.

Notes

• This version of Don Pedro de Roganza, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–1986 Crisis on Infinite Earths event and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the 2022-2023 Dark Crisis event. Even though other versions of the character may have appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
