Pennyworth is an action crime thriller television series developed by Bruno Heller and Danny Cannon. It stars Jack Bannon as the title character, a former British SAS soldier working with American intelligence to take down a rising fascist party in 1960s London.
The series aired on Epix from 2019 to 2021, with its third and final season streaming on HBO Max in 2022. It serves as a prequel to Gotham and also draws elements from the graphic novel V for Vendetta.
