Percy Sheldrake known as the Knight, was the Earl of Wordenshire and one of Great Britain's premiere heroes. He was originally the Squire, sidekick to Shining Knight and member of the Young All-Stars during World War II. Later, he became a member of the Victory V's and the Batmen of All-Nations.
History
His son Cyril became his sidekick Squire and succeeded him as the new Knight after he was killed by Springheeled Jack.[1]

- Knight was created by Bill Finger and Dick Sprang, first appearing in Batman #62. However, Knight first appeared as part of Prime Earth continuity in Batman Incorporated (Volume 2) #3 by Grant Morrison and Chris Burnham.
