Percy Odell (Arrowverse: Earth-2)

Chief Percy Odell was the commander of the A.S.A. on Earth-2.

At some point in time, Percy Odell became the chief of the A.S.A..

Along with his troupes, he came to Freeland to get the metahumans of the city for his organization; however, seeing them as a potential menace, Odell let them be executed by Jinn Pierce who was convinced by Odell himself to become an assassin for them; then, Odell also made the young girl turn against her family, including her father Jefferson Pierce aka Black Lightning, and kill them all.[1]

Not long after that, Odell was erased, along with the other Earth-2 residents, as the universe was destroyed by an antimatter wave which was sent by the Anti-Monitor to test his antimatter cannon.[2]


Abilities


  • Chief Odell Was portrayed by Bill Duke.
  • It is unknown if Odell was somehow brought back to life in the new version of Earth-2 after its Post-Crisis rebirth.
