Perrus was a creature from the Dark Multiverse that would save beings from their dying worlds, in exchange for sustenance from their life forces.

History

Perrus hand-picked outcasts from the dying worlds of the Dark Multiverse and offered them sanctuary in his Kingdom of Benevolence. He deemed these outcasts his "Unseen". Over time, the Unseen grew tired of Perrus' strict reign and waited for the right opportunity to overthrow him. The opportunity arrived as soon as Derek James, the hero known as Sideways, did.
