Perry White was the editor of the Daily Planet and the boss of Lois and Clark.

History

Perry has a wife named Alice, and two sons, as well as being a father/mentor type figure to Jimmy Olsen.

In "All Shook Up", Perry mentioned that he was in Lebanon from 1982 until after the 1983 Beirut barracks bombing.

• This version of Perry White is a huge fan of Elvis Presley, and frequently exclaims "Great shades of Elvis!", as opposed to White's traditional exclamation of "Great Caesar's ghost!", though he said it once in the episode "The Phoenix".
