Peter Creedy was a member of Norsefire's secret police, The Finger.
History
He and his secret police were charged with apprehending masked vigilante V, whose high-profile acts of terrorism have undermined Norsefire's control of Britain.
Creedy soon comes to power over The Finger following the death of Derek Almond. Despite being leader of The Finger, Creedy is incompetent in handling the capture of V.
Subsequently, Creedy gained control of London after the death of Adam Susan under the role of "emergency commander". However, his term was short-lived, as his chief of staff, Alistair Harper, turns on him after being given a substantial bribe by Helen Heyer. Harper and his men took Creedy and hack him to death with a razor.
Appearances in Other Media
In the 2006 film adaptation, Creedy was portrayed by Tim Pigott-Smith.
