Hallibastard was a superhero and recurring nuisance of Stormwatch Team Achilles.
History
Empowered by Henry Bendix, Peter Moran was a superhero known as Giant who liked to kill criminals. He first came to Stormwatch Team Achilles' ire when he violently intervened in a super-terrorist attack on the United Nations building while causing collateral damages. Moran was intimidated by Team Achilles' leader and Weatherman Ben Santini from coming near his team by bluffing about a "shut-off switch" built into his body by Bendix.[1]
Moran was later recruited by the Civil Defense Administration to be the leader of the Homeland Security Squadron. During the Citizen Soldier's attack on Washington, D.C., Moran lead the Squadron in fighting alongside Team Achilles against Citizen Soldier's forces.[2] After the attack was repulsed, CDA Director Ivana Baiul dispatched Moran to kill Citizen Soldier.[3]
After the United States fell under the control of the Authority, the CDA and the HSS were dissolved in which Moran and along with Baiul began working for Hallibusker Construction; under this new employment Moran changed his alias to "Hallibastard".[4] Moran come into working with Team Achilles again when Hallibusker recruited them to investigate one of their mining bases in the Democratic Republic of the Congo that went silent.[5] They soon discover that Team Achilles' enemies were behind the incident in which Hallibastard and Team Achilles fought them but end up trapped in the Project Entry Universe. For the next few years, Hallibastard and Team Achilles searched for a working teleporter to return to their universe until they managed to find one.[6][7]
