Commissioner Pete Savage was the curt commissioner of the Gotham City Police Department, and one of the highest-ranking members of Carmine Falcone's drug operation that controlled the city until it was exposed by the Riddler.

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the film The Batman and is an adaptation of Pete Savage. The original character was created by William Dozier, Stanley Ralph Ross, and Edwin Self and first appeared in the episode "An Egg Grows in Gotham" of the series Batman.
- Commissioner Savage was portrayed by Alex Farns.
- While Savage shares his name with a character from the 1966 Batman TV series, he shares more similarities with Commissioner Loeb, with both being corrupt Gotham police commissioners working for Carmine Falcone in the Batman's early days.
