Phil Forrest (Earth-One)

Forrest was killed in the line of duty in a fire fight with the 100. His partner Danny Stone was wounded. Following his death, his daughter Rose Forrest became a superheroine.^[1]

Years later, hid body was stolen from the Gotham Cemetery by members of the Nazi Party^[2] and it was subsequently tossed in the river, where it was lost forever.^[3]
