Phil Morris (b. April 4, 1959) portrayed Martian Manhunter/John Jones on the series Smallville. He has also voiced a number of characters including including notable cases such as: Vandal Savage for the animated series Justice League; Imperiex for the animated series Legion of Super-Heroes; Vandal Savage for the animated film Justice League: Doom; and Saint Walker for Green Lantern: The Animated Series.
