Notes
- A year prior to their comic debut in Starman #32, the Phoenix Cardinals were reinterpreted by the Atlas of the DC Universe to be based in the fictional DC Universe location Midway City, making them the Midway Cardinals instead. However, with the Phoenix Cardinals' contradicting first appearance, the existence of the Midway Cardinals was put into question.
