Phoozy was a young American boy who dreamed of being a movie star.
History
Phoozy ran away from home seeking a life of excitement in Hollywood.[1] When last seen, 3000 miles away from his destination, Phoozy attempted to steal a chicken to eat, but was chased away by an angry farmer and ended up eating his hat instead.[2] It is unknown if Phoozy ever made it to Hollywood.
Notes
- This version of Phoozy, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–86 Crisis on Infinite Earths event and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the Dark Crisis of 2022-2023. Even though other versions of the character may have appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
- Phoozy appeared in "The Adventures of Phoozy" in the first two issues of Movie Comics (Volume 1), a comic strip made by inserting photographs into drawings similar to the "fumetti" style. The identity of the child who "played" Phoozy in the photographs is unknown.
