Pietr Brenovich was a communist Russian spy who took an interest on the Green Lantern Corps of Earth, especially Kilowog.

History

After witnessing the fight between the Green Lanterns and Black Hand at the California Angels Stadium, Pietr was impressed by Kilowog's abilities. He then approached the Green Lantern at the Citadel and convinced him to aid the Soviet Union, sharing his view that "part of this planet needs to improve its ways."
