Synopsis for "The Corruptible Carrot Man"

A strange man wearing a carrot costume competes on a TV game show, but while trying to find the grand prize blindfolded he falls into the stands and knocks himself out. He wakes up in time to see the taping of the nightly news where an expedition's discovered an all-powerful sceptre in a village in Tibet. Carrot Man sets out to steal the sceptre and rule the world. Plastic Man defeats him by changing into the thing a giant carrot would fear the most, a giant rabbit.
