Synopsis for "The Terrible 5+1"
A new villain named Solex breaks five of Plastic Man's old enemies out of jail to form an unbeatable supervillain team. None of them like the idea of taking orders so Solex shows up and immobilizes them during their own robberies before stealing their loot. The villains very begrudgingly ask Plastic Man to help them stop Solex.
