Synopsis for "The Weed"
The Weed steals an experimental growth serum, which he then uses to create a giant plant monster. Plastic Man's stymied by the beast's seeming invulnerability. The Weed then says he will deploy his plant monster to destroy the world's capitals one by one, starting with Lima, Peru, unless he is paid an astronomical sum of money. What The Weed fails to realize is that his plant monster may not be like most plants.
