Synopsis for "Woozy Winks: Psychoanalyst"

Woozy is finding hard to resist returning to his thieving ways. He finds a psychoanalyst, but Doctor Morehead runs out when Two-Gun Garrison threatens him. Woozy now pretends to be the Doctor as clients arrive.

Two-Gun bursts in, and, mistaking him for the doctor, begins beating Woozy to death. Dr Morehead returns with the police to take Two-Gun away, and Woozy is safe, until a "client" returns in a body cast and carrying a shotgun. He is not greatful for Woozy's advice!

Synopsis for "The Electronic Gun"

Jezro Eben invents a gun that makes rubber expand, but a manufacturer laughs at the lack of potential. Angry, Jezro uses it on a crooks car and the Bottlehead gang floats away from Plastic Man on their greatly inflated tires.

Jezro and the crooks ally, and blackmail the city for one million dollars. Plastic Man takes them a "rubber cheque", and while they are distracted, he wraps them up.
