Plastic Man (Volume 2) #13 is an issue of the series Plastic Man (Volume 2) with a cover date of July, 1976.
Synopsis for "If I Kill Me, Will I Die?"
The N.B.I. staff take arranged vacations in Catskills where a hog-calling contest takes place. There, an amnesiac Robby Reed finds his lost H-Dial and dials once more, but the device now is rusty and transforms Robby into evil versions of characters he'd become in the past, including a deranged duplicate of Plastic Man, a hero whose identity Robby had assumed once before. The real Plastic Man defeats his doppelganger and confiscates the H-Dial, something that tempts people into evil too unsafe to leave lying around.
