Synopsis for Destiny: "The Treasure of Prof. Dorn"
Two down on their luck thugs see a newspaper story about a treasure discovered by a Professor Dorn, and go to his house to steal it. Dorn finds the idea of them stealing the treasure surprisingly amusing, but the thugs aren't amused, and grab some of his ancient weapons to torture the location out of the treasure out of him. Fortunately, Destiny's alerted and transported to the house by his supernatural powers. He borrows a few of the ancient weapons to disarm the thugs, then shows them a scrap that was missing from the article they saw: what Dorn had discovered was samples of ancient writing, allowing scholars to learn more about the ancient world. There are other kinds of treasure than gold and jewels, he ironically tells the crooks, like treasures of knowledge.

Synopsis for The Human Bomb: "The Robber Baron"
Roy Lincoln visits Galdo, collector of medieval weaponry, and positively identifies a suit of armor and lance as having belonged to the notorious robber baron, Gird von Geyer, who legends say was invincible in his armor, and his lance could pierce anything. After Roy leaves, Galdo puts on the armor and goes to show it to a jewel collector friend. When he demonstrates the lance's efficacy by piercing a reinforced display case, he then demonstrates it on the collector himself. Horrified by what he's done, Galdo thinks on how he felt as if the spirit of the armor's original owner had taken over his body when he put it on. To convince himself it isn't so he puts it on again, only to immediately vow more evil conquests.
Reading about the murder in the paper, Roy decides the Human Bomb should get involved and chases down Galdo to a mountain hideaway when he tries to rob an armored car. In the course of their battle, Bomb catches the lance and throws it back. Irresistible force meets immovable object, destroying both. Leaving Galdo dead, Bomb and Hustace puzzling over the explanation for the powerful armaments, and the uncertain reality of the armor being haunted by von Geyer's ghost.
