Synopsis for Human Bomb: "The Ransom of Roy Lincoln"

A gang of thugs are worried about committing any crimes with dangerous crimefighters like the Human Bomb and Hustace Throckmorton who have the power to make anything explode. Instead they decide to go after Roy Lincoln, the member of that outfit with no powers. Their first attempt meets with no success after he manages to give them the slip and put on his Bomb suit. Wanting to find out what they were after, Bomb has Hustace disguise himself as Roy Lincoln, then trail them and blow a way in through the back of the hideout. Bomb takes out the crooks and hands them over to a beat cop passing by.
