All the major gangs have been broken up, and Woozy isn't happy about being out of hero things to do. Plas is more accepting of the possibility, but they run into a new gang that turns out to be made up of rich businessmen branching out into less legal endeavors.

Synopsis for Human Bomb: "The Revenge of Jolienne Drew"
A girl shows up at Roy Lincoln's lab, a Jolienne Drew, who's there to kill him for revenge in sending her father to jail on a fake robbery charge. He suits up, easily survives her attempts on Bomb's and Hustace's lives, and then strands her on the edge of a building to calm down. A couple of hoods pick Miss Drew up, eager to use her lust for revenge to their own ends, while Bomb looks through their casebook and confirms they've never worked a case involving a Richard Drew. The heroic pair easily trail the crooks because of a trail of roofing tar footprints, which the crooks deliberately left to lead Bomb to a deathtrap. He's one step ahead of them, and beats out of them their real interest in Jolienne: they were the ones who framed her father.
