Synopsis for Plastic Man: "Hooray for Hollowood"
The entire mob under mastermind Brain Trust has been captured, but the boss himself was clever enough to slip through Plastic Man's fingers. Chief Branner sends him out to movieland to be a consultant on a new FBI film that's being shot, but the department's janitor is actually the Brain Trust in disguise, and he makes plans to get out west to get his revenge. He arranges for 20 gangsters with real guns to replace the extras in a shootout scene, trying to blackmail Plastic Man into letting himself be covered in glue so the cast won't be killed. Plastic Man is too fast and slippery for Brain Trust and his minions, though, capturing them after a chase around the set. Once the dust settles, the director's furious at his camera crew for not getting any of it on film!
