Synopsis for "It's An Ill Wind That Blows the Hat"
A hatter's sewing together a top hat, the finest creation of his career. He even works to finish it when he sees an assassin sneak into his workshop, blade in hand. Plastic Man's already on the killer's trail, and pursues him as he gets, loses, gets back, and loses the hat repeatedly. Eventually it's discovered that blueprints for a new rocket were sewn into the lining of the hat: the hatter had been an agent for a foreign government, and the man who killed him also an agent for a hostile foreign power sent to get the rocket plans. The killer himself perishes when accidentally thrown onto his own knife by a zealous doorman.
