History
After the end of the Second World War, and after generations of oppression, the nation of Porvay was free once more, and it established a liberal government. An international criminal made a series of attempts to steal a world-famous relic from the tiny nation, and was thwarted and arrested by the Blackhawk Squadron.[1]
