Synopsis for "Up, Up & Away - Part Two"

Power Girl and Superman are fighting a herd of magically-created dinosaurs through Manhattan. Since those creatures can't be easily overpowered and their appearance keeps shifting, Power Girl decides to contact Zatanna through her magic line.

Zatanna's phone rings but she can't answer due to being tied up and gagged. Yet, her voicemail is prepared for that contingency, and informs Power Girl of Zatanna's current predicament and location.

Meanwhile, Zatanna's kidnapper reveals he calls himself Siphon. Siphon discovered he could copy someone else's magic power, but only for a short while. He's got to remain in the proximity of his victim for about three hours to replicate their powers permanently. He has been copying magical powers for years, but he never got the chance to gain the powers of some real powerful magician until he happened upon Zatanna by pure chance. Now he is only one hour away from copying her powers.

Suddenly, Power Girl and Superman come along and free Zatanna in a split-second. Before she can cast a spell, Siphon turns the trio into rocky humanoids. They fall through the floor. Zatanna turns them back to normal, but Siphon summons a pair of Sasquatches. Kara and Kal deal with the Sasquatches while Zatanna magic-duels Siphon.

Superman tells his cousin get Siphon away from Zatanna while he handles both monsters. Power Girl grabs Siphon and flies him away. Siphon tries to fight back by summoning demons and lava streams, but Power Girl covers his mouth and whirls around at super-speed until he loses consciousness and his creations fade. He is taken to Stryker's Island Penitentiary by Superman.

Later, Kara prepares herself for her press conference. Following her cousin's example, her Karen Starr identity wears glasses and a red wig.
