Synopsis for "Omen's Bad Omen"
At the Stetler-Clay apartment, Omen is getting ready for her night out. She asks for Streaky's opinion about her makeup but all Streaky cares about is food and Omen is aware that Streaky already had dinner. After choosing her dress, Omen goes to a fancy party in downtown Metropolis, where she turns down the advances of an annoying man. Omen is received by Natasha Irons, who had asked Omen to go to the part to ensure that nothing bad happens. This is a party that hosts young aspiring politicians, and it would make them easy targets for supervillains.
While Perry White goes to the stage, Omen sits on a catwalk and extends her telepathy to the entire crowd. Natasha warns Omen that Perry could be a taget due to his unpopularity with the Blue Earth movement, but suddenly, Omen listens to the thoughts of a mysterious man who is aware of her presence and even knows her name. The catwalk Omen was sitting on breaks and the unnamed man blames Omen for trying to hurt bystanders. In that moment, a costumed woman calling herself Ejecta attacks Omen, under the pretense of wanting to protect the people from Omen, who insists that she is innocent and just being set up, but Ejecta invites Omen to read her mind and Omen is shocked by what she sees, leaving her open to Ejecta's attacks. Ejecta departs from the scene but not before taunting Omen about the deaths she has inadvertently caused.
Feeling defeated both physically and mentally, Omen walks down the streets and finds another party to spend the time on. Paige is there, waiting for Omen, and invites her to dance, but after a while, Omen falls on Paige's arms.
