Power Ring was a member of the Crime Syndicate of Amerika.
History
After a period of conquering and domination as a member of the Crime Syndicate of Amerika, Joseph Harrolds was able to trick a Slave Marine into accepting the ring and power lamp that contains the mad god Volthoom so Harrolds could escape the insane god constantly trying to overwhelm his mind. Realizing that he was tricked into essentially becoming the physical manifestation of the Volthoom he continues to act for the mad god as a member of the Crime Syndicate.
