History
Powertool was a member of Section Eight. He applied for membership years earlier, but was turned down. He joined the team in their adventure to recruit another member. While drinking at Noonan's Bar, Powertool spilled his drink on himself. The alcohol pooled around his feet. He then proceed to activate his suit, which short circuited, thus killing himself.
