- Nigh-Omnipotence: Pralaya is an higher being with nearly limitless Cosmic powers.
- Bio-Fission: Pralaya is capable of sending out thought-forms known as Time Gremlins to act in her stead.
- Chronokinesis: Living at the Heart of Chronos itself, Pralaya has immense control over time, mostly through accelerating its destruction from its dawn to its end.
- Immortality: Pralayas has been existing since before the creation of the Multiverse and will exist beyond the end of All Things.
- Reality Alteration: Pralaya is able to fatally destroy the entire Creation with her Cosmic Powers.

- Pralaya's words from Justice League Dark #39 heavily suggest that she is actually an aspect of the Great Darkness, which is known to take varying shapes and forms, sometimes unknowingly, in order to interact with the creations of the Source.
- Pralaya is similar to the Pre-Flashpoint Night, who may be another embodiment of the Primordial Darkness.
